Sizing a wraparound label

Measure the bottle you will use, because bottles of the same volume come in different shapes.

  • Height

    Measure the straight band of the bottle between the shoulder and any ribs, then take a few millimetres off the top and bottom.

  • Length

    Wrap a strip of paper around the bottle and mark where it meets. Add a small overlap so the ends meet cleanly, and keep text away from the seam.

  • Applying

    Apply labels to dry bottles at room temperature, before they go in the fridge or on ice.

    Send a PDF, AI or high-resolution PNG. We check every file for resolution, bleed and safe margins, and set it up for print at no charge.

  3. Approve your proof

    You get a digital proof by email. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

  4. Printed and shipped

    Production starts the next business day after you approve the proof. Your order ships tracked at a flat rate anywhere in Canada.

Questions

Will water bottle labels hold up to condensation and ice?

Yes. They're printed on BOPP film, which is waterproof, so condensation and ice water don't soak in, and the laminate protects the print from scuffs.

What size label do I need for a water bottle?

It depends on the bottle. Measure the straight band for the height, wrap a strip of paper around it for the length, and add a small overlap. Labels can be up to 12 inches long.

Can I order water bottle labels for a wedding?

Yes, from 250 labels. For fewer bottles, waterproof vinyl sticker sheets start at 10 stickers with one design repeated.

Do you supply the bottles?

We print the labels, and you apply them to bottles from your own supplier. The labels come on a roll, so they peel off one at a time.

Can the labels be peeled off later?

Choose removable film and the labels peel off in one piece without leaving residue.
