What happens between your proof and your doorstep: when printing starts, what shipping costs and how you track it.
How it works
Production
Your order goes into production the next business day after you approve the proof and the order is paid. Business cards take longer to make, from 2 to 14 business days depending on the finish.
Proofs
Every order gets a digital proof by email. Nothing is printed until you approve it, so check names, numbers and colours before you sign off.
Shipping
Every order ships tracked, and we email you the tracking number. Shipping is a flat $9.99 anywhere in Canada, and free on orders over $200 before tax.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on where you are in Canada and starts once your order leaves production. November and December can run longer, so leave extra time for orders with a deadline.
Your address
Check your shipping address before you approve the proof. If a carrier has to correct an address or return a parcel, the extra charge is billed to you.
When it arrives
Open your order when it arrives. If something isn't printed right, email us within 5 business days.
Questions
When does production start?

How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you are in Canada. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, the carrier may charge an address correction fee.
