Gloss, matte or clear vinyl

All three are waterproof vinyl. The finish decides how the sticker catches the light and what shows through it.

  • Gloss vinyl

    White vinyl under a gloss laminate. Colours look their brightest, and the laminate protects the print from scratches and fading.

    Best for giveaways, water bottles and bright logos

  • Matte vinyl

    The same white vinyl with a flat matte laminate. It doesn't throw glare, so small text stays readable under shop lights and in sunlight.

    Best for packaging, laptops and logos with fine detail

  • Clear vinyl

    Transparent vinyl that lets the surface show through your design. It looks best on white or light surfaces and on clear glass with light contents.

Artwork notes for die-cut stickers

  • White shows the material

    We print in full colour without white ink. On white vinyl, the white parts of your design are the vinyl itself. On clear vinyl they are see-through, and light colours look softer.

  • Keep text inside the cut

    Cutting has a tolerance of up to 1 mm, so keep text and fine detail a few millimetres inside the outline.

  • Any shape you can draw

    Each sticker is cut around your artwork, so a logo outline works as well as a plain circle. Your proof shows the cut line.

  • Colour on screen and on vinyl

    Screens show colour in RGB and the press prints in CMYK, so a small shift is normal. Very bright screen colours print a little duller.

    Send a PDF, AI or high-resolution PNG. We check every file for resolution, bleed and safe margins, and set it up for print at no charge.

  3. Approve your proof

    You get a digital proof by email. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

  4. Printed and shipped

    Production starts the next business day after you approve the proof. Your order ships tracked at a flat rate anywhere in Canada.

Questions

Are your vinyl stickers waterproof?

Yes. Gloss, matte and clear stickers are all printed on waterproof vinyl, and the gloss and matte ones have a protective laminate on top.

What is the difference between die-cut stickers and sticker sheets?

A die-cut sticker is cut out along its outline, so you get single stickers. A sticker sheet holds several kiss-cut stickers on one backing sheet, and you peel them off one at a time.

Can you print white on clear stickers?

We print without white ink, so the white parts of a design are see-through on clear vinyl. Clear stickers look best on white or light surfaces, or on clear glass with light contents.

Can I write on vinyl stickers?

Yes. Gloss, matte and clear vinyl all take a permanent marker.

Do you check my artwork before printing?

Yes. We check every file for resolution, bleed and safe margins, set it up for print at no charge and email you a digital proof to approve.

What is the smallest sticker order?
