Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and company name (if you give it).
• Your shipping address.
• What you ordered, the artwork files you upload and your messages about proofs.
• A record of your payment from Stripe, such as the amount and the last four digits of the card. Stripe handles the card itself, and we never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To make and ship your order, email you your receipt, proofs and tracking, answer your questions, and keep the records that tax law requires. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Our print and fulfilment partner, which prints your order and ships it to you.
• The carrier that delivers your parcel.
• Stripe, which processes your payment.
• Our email and hosting providers, which store and send our messages and run this website.

Each one gets only what it needs for its part of the job.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies for shoppers: one that remembers your cart and one that shows how many items are in it. Staff who sign in to manage orders get a sign-in cookie. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including your name, address and what you bought, for as long as Canadian tax law requires, generally six years. We keep your artwork with the order so you can reorder; ask us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we don't need to keep. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
