Paper or waterproof vinyl

Choose the stock by where the stickers go. Paper is for things that stay dry, and vinyl is for things that get wet or handled.

    Smooth white paper you can write on with a pen, pencil or marker. Made for dry, indoor uses.

  • Waterproof vinyl

    White vinyl with a gloss or matte laminate that stands up to water, oil and scratches. It takes a permanent marker.

    Best for cosmetic jars, drink bottles, water bottles and merch packs

  • One design

    The same sticker repeated across the sheet. Good for box seals, logo stickers and anything you go through quickly.

    Different shapes, sizes and artwork on one sheet. Good for sticker packs, merch, or matching labels for a small product line.

  • Kiss-cut for easy peeling

    Each sticker is cut through the top layer only, so it stays on the backing sheet until you peel it off.

Artwork notes for sticker sheets

  • Leave room between stickers

    Cutting has a tolerance of up to 1 mm. Keep text a few millimetres inside each outline and give every sticker a little space on the sheet.

  • White shows the material

    We print in full colour without white ink, so the white parts of your design are the paper or vinyl itself.

  • Space for handwriting

    If you plan to add dates, batch codes or names by hand, leave a light, empty area on the sticker for them.

    Send a PDF, AI or high-resolution PNG. We check every file for resolution, bleed and safe margins, and set it up for print at no charge.

  3. Approve your proof

    You get a digital proof by email. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

  4. Printed and shipped

    Production starts the next business day after you approve the proof. Your order ships tracked at a flat rate anywhere in Canada.

Questions

What size are your sticker sheets?

For one design, you choose the size of each sticker and how many you want, and we fit them onto sheets up to 8.5 × 11 inches. For several designs, the sheet can be any size from 4 × 6 to 8.5 × 11 inches, and you lay it out.

Should I choose paper or vinyl sticker sheets?

Paper suits packaging and anything that stays dry, and you can write on it with a pen or pencil. Vinyl is waterproof and laminated, so it suits bottles, jars and anything that gets handled or wet.

Can I put different designs on one sheet?

Yes. A multi-design sheet can mix shapes, sizes and artwork, which works well for sticker packs and labels for a small product line.

Can I write on sticker sheets?

Paper sheets take a pen, pencil or marker. Vinyl sheets take a permanent marker.

Do you check my artwork before printing?

Yes. We check every file for resolution, bleed and safe margins, set it up for print at no charge and email you a digital proof to approve.
