A 16 pt silk-laminated card printed in full colour on both sides, with gold or silver foil on one side or both. Rounded corners from 100 cards.

Uncoated black card, 28 or 40 pt, in bright gold, bright silver, copper, rose gold, ruby red, Irish green, royal blue, fuchsia, white, black. Painted gold or silver edges are an option.

Setting up foil artwork
A mask file
Send your design plus a second file that marks the foil in 100% black on white. It has to be vector art.
Line weight
Foil lines need to be at least 0.5 pt thick, or they can break up.
Solid areas
Very large solid foil areas can peel or bubble, so foil works best on logos, names and borders.

Which foil colours can I choose?
Foil cards on silk come in gold or silver. Black cards have ten foil colours: bright gold, bright silver, copper, rose gold, ruby red, Irish green, royal blue, fuchsia, white, black.
Can foil cards be printed in full colour too?
Yes. Foil on silk is printed in full colour on both sides, with foil on one side or both. Black, kraft and cotton cards are foil or letterpress only.
How thin can foil lines be?
At least 0.5 pt. Very large solid foil areas can peel or bubble, so keep foil to logos, names and borders.
Can I have rounded corners?
Yes, on foil cards on silk, from 100 cards.
How long do foil cards take?
About 7 to 14 business days after you approve the proof and the order is paid, then shipping.
